Why did she get all weird and quiet when I came near as she spoke with her client?

That's a hard question to answer. It could be anything. Perhaps she does like you and she feels awkward when you're around, due to her attraction. That's certainly a possibility. Perhaps she was trippin' and has some kind of beef with you? Female entities are strange with their "meanness" toward one another. Maybe she was just saying something she didn't want you, or anyone else, to hear.
