Social Anxiety Disorder or Aspergers?
You don't have Aspergers, definitely not. You have extreme social anxiety it sounds like. Panic attacks are closely related to it. The reason for you being so intuned to people is because you grew up being a "watcher". You watched how people interacted, never really doing it much yourself. You probably know more about how to talk and act than alot of people, but you're not good at expressing your knowledge because of your social anxiety holding you back. Talking to a psychologist REALLY helps. They'll listen for a few days about your symptoms and experiences, "diagnose" you, and talk about what you can do to rid yourself of your anxiety. Let me tell you, it took me having to stay in a mental hospital i.e. psychiatricward to feel good about myself again. Don't let your mind get to that point where you feel like there's no hope, because there is. Your anxiety is holding you back from so many things you could accomplish. Think of the man inside yourself that can be released. It's such a pity that not many people get to see how great you probably are. Please talk to someone.
