Why did she get all awkward/weird and quiet when I came near as she spoke with her client?

Well do you like her? If you do then you should try talking to her and you cacn see if she wants to make plans. You obviously make her nervous. Maybe she has a crush on you. I find it hard to focus around people that I have crushes on.
