Is god insane...............?

According to the bible Solomon says "i have said to laughter insanity and to rejoicing what is this doing?" also the Greek word for cheerful could also mean ridiculous. It also says in that day he will laugh at the wicked ones while it also says he does not desire any of the wicked ones to perish but all to turn back and repent. So in essence he does not want to laugh at the wicked ones. However if god cannot lie then he will at least laugh at wicked deeds.. It also says that a foolish thing of god is wiser then men and a weak thing of god is stronger then men. The way i see it is perfect love throws fear outside. One more question, can god make a rock sooo big that not even he himself can lift it? From land to sea to land to star to galaxy to universe to universe to universe... The dimensions might be different but the words are few. How many times should one reject something disgusting?
