I can't tell if she likes me or not?

2 months ago, I met my friend's cousin at this hobby shop. It was a YUGO tournament. Stingiest she began to smile at me. Keeping eye contact with me and such. So I sat down next to her and started talking to her. We flirt and stuff when we started to get to know each other. Before my friend and his cousins were about to leave. The girl quickly gave me hug and left. So I went back home and found her facebook then I sent her a request. My friend teased me about it saying why are you talking to my cousin blah blah and she told me he was teasing her and stuff. So I made up an excuse just to talk to her but I left the conversation because my friend made it awkward. The next day, she found my number and randomly started texting me. Pretty creepy but ok. so we really started talking and flirting through texting. she said she enjoys talking to me, but she dropped the bomb and told me she had a boyfriend but she said she's been having problems with him and stuff. Telling me she wants to break up with him, saying it was hard to leave him, saying I will be a great boyfriend to go out with. She said she wished he was more like me. As we began to text she barely brings up her boyfriend. I asked her many times if she wanted to webcam but she said she was too shy. This one day, I felt very opened and I told her like her. And she told me she knew it and seemed pretty cheerful about it. But she told me more stuff about her boyfriend. Telling me that she doesn't wanna lead me on but she enjoys my compliments I sent to her. She told me she likes the way I treat her good, and I'm always nice to her and sweet to her. She also have mention to me before saying I had a cute face and stuff before I told her I even like her. I asked her if she liked me, it seems like she was avoiding the question by playing around with me. She didn't wanna tell me she like me or anything. The last time I seen her was at the YUGIOH tournament which was about a month and half ago. So yesterday she came to the graduation to watch her cousin (my friend) graduate. I was also graduating along with him. So she walked by and talked to my cousin, she said she saw me looking at her. So later on, she send me a text saying "Geez, fine don't say hi to me." So I replied back why didn't you tapped on my shoulder or something. she replied back saying she was pretty shy. I replied back saying you have no problem talking to your cousin's friends but you're only shy towards me? WTF. I don't get her at all.
